Presentation at APSIPA-ASC 2022

Our member Nicholas Eng presented his paper co-authored with Yusuke Hioka and Dr Catherine Watson (Department of Electrical, Computer and Software Engineering, University of Auckland) titled “Using Perceptual Quality Features in the Design of the Loss Function for Speech Enhancement” at APSIPA-ASC 2022 held in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The paper studied the performance of speech enhancement algorithms when various human speech perceptual quality features are used as a cost function.
